Vision Statement

To advance Texas FCCLA by serving as a liaison between advisors and state leadership to:
- improve communication
- promote innovation, and
- foster public awareness of the organization

Expectations of Visionary Committee Members:

  • Serve 3 years on the committee beginning in the spring

  • Obtain local administration support to attend 2 - 3 in person meetings per school year. If a committee member does not attend at least one meeting in person per year, the member will be dismissed from the committee.

  • Complete work as assigned

  • Additional travel may be required

  • Travel to and assist with New Advisor Training events

*There are currently vacancies on the committee in Region I and Region III. Advisors in these regions are encouraged to submit the interest form by March 1.
