Texas Delegate Travel Package
Texas FCCLA is working with Holidays N Travel to book the Texas FCCLA Delegation travel to the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California this summer! There is a quick turnaround after the conference to submit the online delegate travel form and payment if traveling with the state delegation by April 20, 2019.
Schools are not required to travel with the Texas delegation, but they are encouraged to. Space in the delegation block is on a first come, first serve basis. ALL attendees attending the conference are required to stay in the assigned hotel. We are only allotted a certain amount of double rooms, and they will be assigned as registration is received. For those not travelling in the Texas package, the same rules apply, and there is a separate block available you can book directly with.
The package information can be viewed below. The package is a full option, and not one that you can pick parts of. *Airfares from other cities available by request, **Airfares are 100% non refundable after May 10.
Prices quoted are per person. All prices are estimated costs and may change. Prices quoted are for travel with the group and any deviations will incur an additional charge of $50 per person in addition to any additional expense. Space is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once contracted Air space is full we will obtain the best possible airfares for you. Cancellations received after May 10 will incur cancellation fees of no less than $50.
