Three Rivers FCCLA- Gives Christmas Cheer

On Tuesday, December 11th, Three Rivers FCCLA members traveled to Mineral, Texas to the South Texas Children's Home to deliver 125 dozen homemade Christmas cookies. This has been a Three Rivers FCCLA tradition for over 50 years. While visiting, members received a tour of the commissary and learned about the operations of STCH. After the visit, students traveled to neighboring Beeville to shop for the Christmas Angels Project. This project is for Live Oak County residents who cannot afford to put Christmas gifts under the tree for their children. When members returned to school, they wrapped presents and delivered them to families across the county.
