Important Dates
November 1 Affiliation must be postmarked in order for a chapter to be eligible to compete in STAR/Proficiency Events Link Affiliation must be postmarked in order to run an officer candidate. Link
December 1 STAR/Proficiency Event Entry(s) must be postmarked. Link Nomination Blank Form For Regional Office must be postmarked. Link
All STAR/Proficiency Event participants must be electronically affiliated two weeks prior to your region meeting. If payment is not mailed prior to the 2nd Monday in January affiliation paperwork and payment must be brought to headquarters at your region meeting for your chapters Affiliation Confirmation Receipt. This must be done prior to STAR/Proficiency Event registration at your region meeting.

February 10-12 Region V Meeting in Corpus Christi
February 17-19 Region III Meeting in Waco
February 17-19 Region IV Meeting in Galveston
April 14-16 State Meeting in Houston
July 10 - 14 National Meeting in Anaheim, CA
